Brussels, 25 July 2025 – ADEC Innovations NV, a specialist in environmental, sustainability and ESG solutions, has successfully completed a direct listing on Euronext Access Brussels under the ticker code MLADE. The company, headquartered in The Hague, is seeking to strengthen its presence in Europe and increase its visibility among institutional investors.

Unlike a traditional IPO, the admission to trading was conducted without the issuance or offering of new shares. Euronext Access Brussels, a multilateral trading facility (MTF), is designed for small and medium-sized companies aiming to access public capital markets with lighter requirements.

“This is more than a listing milestone – it reflects our dedication to enabling clients to create long-term value through smarter environmental and sustainability decisions,” said James M. Donovan, Chairman of ADEC Innovations NV.

“The direct listing strengthens our credibility with European institutions and stakeholders as we grow our presence in key ESG and regulatory markets,” added Carolina Esguerra, Vice Chairman of the company.

Four decades of ESG expertise

ADEC Innovations NV provides integrated ESG strategy, disclosure, and environmental risk management services to both public and private sector clients. Active in the EU since 2015, the company now serves over 600 clients worldwide, supported by a team of 210 professionals across five continents.

Its services cover the entire sustainability lifecycle, including corporate ESG strategies, metrics management, regulatory compliance, air quality, biology, and energy management solutions.

The company is part of ADEC Innovations Group, a global network of 26 companies with 4,000 employees in 19 countries, focused on sustainability, ESG compliance, data intelligence, and digital transformation.

Euronext support

Benoît van den Hove, CEO of Euronext Brussels, welcomed the new listing:

“By joining Euronext Access Brussels, ADEC Innovations NV takes a stepped approach to enter a new phase of its trajectory. As an IPOready alumnus, the company also demonstrates the relevance of our pre-IPO programme.”

Euronext’s Access markets aim to connect smaller, growth-oriented companies with investors and facilitate their potential transition to larger regulated markets over time.
