eFaktura is launching an updated version of its multilingual invoicing platform, enabling entrepreneurs to comply effortlessly with the upcoming Peppol requirement.
With support for nine languages – from Dutch and English to Ukrainian, Polish and Hungarian – eFaktura is designed especially for non-native entrepreneurs, who often face additional challenges due to language barriers.
“We see that many entrepreneurs are worried about this new regulation,” says co-founder Marysia Dabrowska. “For non-native speakers, the transition is even more complex because communication is often unclear. eFaktura removes that barrier: the system processes invoices, receipts and time tracking securely, accurately and, above all, in the entrepreneur’s own language.”

Unique integration with Bukki
What sets eFaktura apart is its direct integration with Bukki, a platform where self-employed professionals can find assignments, collaborate and share knowledge in their own language. This integration allows users to combine administrative management with business growth within a single environment — a feature no other e-invoicing platform offers.
Ready for the European shift
Peppol, a European initiative for secure and structured e-invoicing, will become mandatory in an increasing number of countries over the coming years. eFaktura automates the entire process, automatically applies the correct BIS structure, validates VAT numbers and sends invoices via a certified access point. “What is happening in Belgium is a preview of what many European countries will introduce,” Dabrowska adds. “With eFaktura, we help entrepreneurs stay ahead and prepare now for the changes Peppol will bring.”
